I'm having an odd error with DOORS Web Access in certain users are having DEA fail to load anything into the database explorer pane (LHS) apart from the blue database icon. The circular loading icon continues to rotate and no projects or folders are ever loaded into view. The user can navigate and open any modules that are in their recent items or favourites.
the weirdest part is this problem occurs for some users and not others and is not related to machine. I.e. One user can login and see the full explorer fine on the same machine as a user who can't even though their permissions are the same.
any ideas. IBM support currently not come back with anything except a request for PC and operating system specifications despite the error being unrelated to a machine. Re: DOORS Web Access hanging I'm not sure what the issue is here but I'd advise switching on logging to dig a little deeper.
If you are using Firefox try enabling Firebug whist DWA is loading the explorer pane to see if an error is returned or which request is consuming more time, compared to the DWA user who can successfully load the Explorer Pane.
